EFARBEMCO; c) Is it EFARBEMCO, the cooperative, or the DAR which 

is authorized to qualify and approve replacements for those ARBs who

have withdrawn?

Opinion on who between the Director-General and the Board of

the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA),

is considered by law as the Head of the Procuring Entity (HoPE).
 

Whether or not the Bureau of Corrections Employees Association            

   (BUCOREA) civilian-member personnel who were re-appointed to

   Corrections Technical Officers (CTO) by virtue of Republic Act (R. A.)

No. 10575, or the  Bureau of Corrections Act of 2013, may continue

their membership in the said association

Opinion on the validity of Board Resolution No. 84, series of 2018,

issued by the Pangasinan State University Board of Regents,

re-appointing Dr. Dexter R. Buted for second term as University

President.

Whether Republic Act (R. A.) No. 10055, or the Philippine

Technology Transfer Act of 2009, repealed Section 1 of

RA No. 7798, entitled “An Act Declined   Amending Section 25

of Batas Pambansa  Blg. 232, otherwise known as the “Education

Act of 1982,” which disqualifies higher education institutions (HEI)

established as stock corporations to receive any form of

government subsidy, incentive or assistance.

Renewal of the lease contract of Philippine Village Hotel, Inc. (PVHI) with the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA).
 

Eligibility of the officers and employees of the Commission on Population and Development (POPCOM) to continue receiving benefits
under Republic Act (R. A.) No. 7305, or the Magna Carta of Public Health Workers Act. 
 

Whether the Department of Energey (DOE) can authorize its attached agency,

the Philippine National Oil Comany (PNOC) to contract on its behalf, the development

of its property within the Energy Center located in Bonifacio Global City. Request is

also being made for the the Department of Justice (DOJ) to review the draft Memorandum

of  Agreement (MOA) between the DOE and PNOC embodying the authority to be granted.
